Joe (the SME) shouldn’t be talked about in both the Acceptance Standards or Definition of Completed. It is because, typically, Joe (as a SME) is neither accountable nor accountable to the Crew, and the Crew can’t make agreements on Joe’s behalf. The Crew is agreeing to do the work with or with out Joe’s assist, although they know that Joe is the professional to hunt recommendation from.
