Lucinda Curran is a registered Chinese herbal medicine practitioner and acupuncturist. Her practise is within Rathdowne Street Chinese Medicine Clinic in Carlton North, Melbourne. She has a deep interest in the ways that emotions, diet and lifestyle all effect health and draws on a wealth of skills to support clients in achieving positive change.
Her business, Brighter Paths, is all about motivating people to bring about the necessary changes in their lives so that they can tread their own brighter path.
Lucinda is also a qualified Feng Shui consultant, which provides her with another way to utilise Chinese medicine to assist her clients. Problem-solving is one of Lucinda’s favourite activities, as she believes that everything is possible, it is just a matter of finding a way to make it happen.
A major passion of Lucinda’s is clean living – particularly in relation to personal care products (skin care and toiletries). She is quite a purist when it comes to the question, “What is good enough to put on my skin?” As a result, she has created her own range of personal care products, which made from only natural ingredients and are hand-made to order – “Truly Inspired!”
Previously she taught in early childhood settings and primary schools.
Her qualifications include: Bachelor of Health Science (Chinese Medicine), Certificate IV in Feng Shui, Certificate IV in Massage, Certificate IV in Tui Na (Chinese remedial massage), Master of Arts (Children’s Literature),
Bachelor of Arts (Women’s Studies and Politics), Diploma of Education (Early Childhood)
